TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions establish the terms of use and contractual arrangement between you, hereafter referred to as the "Customer," and Travelcation.ae, a subsidiary of 24/7 Webexperts LLC, a US-based travel agency with a global presence. Your use of our services signifies your acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 1. Scope

1.1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the services offered by Travelcation.ae through its website, acting as an intermediary between the Customer and various Suppliers providing travel services. Travelcation.ae reserves the right to make changes to these terms without prior notice, except for bookings already accepted by Travelcation.ae on behalf of the relevant Supplier(s).

1.2. Customer's Legal Authority

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to enter into contracts, and have the necessary consent or authority to act on behalf of any persons included in your booking. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Fraudulent use of our website or services is strictly prohibited and may result in the Customer being denied access to our services.

Article 2. Booking Procedures and Conditions

2.1. Confirming and Cancelling Orders

2.1.1. Confirming

Upon booking, including essential details like service descriptions and prices, a confirmation email will be sent to the Customer. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Services at support@travelcation.ae.

Data stored in our information systems and/or the systems of our Suppliers are considered proof of your bookings and agreements.

2.1.2. Change of Booking

If you wish to change your travel details, such as dates, destinations, accommodation, or means of transport, please contact Travelcation.ae at least 72 hours before departure or check-in. Additional fees or fare differences may apply, and the original booking may need to be canceled and rebooked, incurring additional costs.

2.1.3. Restricted Fares

Some services may come with restricted fares, meaning they cannot be modified or customized in terms of dates, times, or locations.

2.1.4. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure events that significantly impact the trip, either party (Customer or Travelcation.ae) can terminate the contract. Travelcation.ae will provide assistance to Customers affected by force majeure events, and additional costs related to returning to the starting location will be covered by Travelcation.ae. If Customers are affected by force majeure, Travelcation.ae will not refund any services not yet provided.

2.1.5. Travelcation.ae Travel's Liability

Travelcation.ae is responsible for preparations, Supplier selection and monitoring, accuracy of descriptions, and the implementation of travel contracts. However, Travelcation.ae is not responsible for third-party arrangements not brokered by Travelcation.ae.

2.1.6. Limitation of Liability

Travelcation.ae limits its liability as follows:

• Not liable for losses due to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Liability is limited to a sum equivalent to three times the cost of the relevant travel product.
• Liability for air transport is subject to international treaties (e.g., Warsaw, Montreal, The Hague Convention).
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the scheduled end of the trip.

2.1.7. Cancel and Refund

Refunds are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the Supplier. Travelcation.ae charges a post-ticketing service fee as applicable.

2.2. Travel Documents

Travel documents for booked services will be sent to the Customer's provided email address.

Article 3. Specific Services

3.1. Accommodation Services

Accommodation services are subject to Supplier Rules and Restrictions, including cancellation and change policies.

• Prices do not include optional supplements like minibar, snacks, or telephone calls.
• Failure to show for the first night of a reservation may result in cancellation of the entire reservation unless confirmed with Travelcation.ae.
• Some hotels do not permit changes or cancellations once booked.

3.2. Destination Services

Subject to Supplier Rules and Restrictions, typically non-transferable and non-refundable.

3.3. Air Transport Services

• Air transport services are subject to Supplier Rules and Restrictions.
• Travelcation.ae acts as an agent of the airline for payments.
• Customer must comply with airline instructions, check-in times, and return flight confirmations.
• Customer may be subject to additional charges by airlines for services like meals, luggage, and seat selection.
• Travelcation.ae is not liable for the allocation of seats on flights.

Article 4. General

4.1. Travel Destinations

Travel to certain destinations may involve risks. Customers are advised to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories before booking international travel.

4.2. Prices

Prices are subject to change but do not affect already accepted bookings.

4.3. Photographs and Illustrations

Visual representations on the website are for indicative purposes and do not exceed the intended purpose.

4.4. Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in package prices.

4.5. Promotions & Offers

• Promotion terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Offers are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-encashable.

Article 5. Financial Conditions and Payment Procedures

• Prices are expressed in your desired currency, excluding local taxes.
• Payment must be received as soon as possible, or the booking may be cancelled.

Article 6. Customer Service and Handling of Complaints

• Complaints should be made in writing within 30 days of the end of the trip.

Article 7. Travelcation.ae's Liability

• Travelcation.ae is not liable for services booked with Suppliers.
• Hotel ratings are for guidance and may not be official.
• Liability is limited as per these terms and conditions.

Anyone accessing this website may view and print material from this website for information purposes only. Other trademarks and service marks displayed on this Site are the trademarks and service marks of their rightful owners.

Article 9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws based on USA/ UAE
• Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.

Article 10. Additional Agreements

Additional agreements must be in writing and signed by both parties to be valid.

Article 11. Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed, and the remainder shall continue in full force.
